What you'll need first

After you buy, we send your login — a server URL, a username and a password (this is your 'Xtream Codes' line) — on WhatsApp and by email. Keep that message open; every guide below uses those three details.

Amazon Fire TV / Fire Stick

Xtream Codes login
  1. 1From the Fire TV home screen, search for and install the 'Downloader' app.
  2. 2Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on 'Install unknown apps' for Downloader.
  3. 3Open Downloader, type the player link we send you, and install IPTV Smarters Pro.
  4. 4Open the player and choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  5. 5Paste the username, password and server URL from your welcome message, then tap 'Add user'.
  6. 6Wait for the channels and guide to load — you're live.

Android phone, tablet, TV box & Google TV

Xtream Codes login
  1. 1Open the Play Store and install 'IPTV Smarters Pro' (or 'TiviMate').
  2. 2Launch it and pick 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  3. 3Enter any name, then paste the username, password and server URL we sent you.
  4. 4Tap 'Add user' and wait for the channels and EPG to load.

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV

Xtream Codes login
  1. 1On the App Store, install 'Smarters Player Lite'.
  2. 2Open it and choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.
  3. 3Enter the username, password and server URL from your welcome message.
  4. 4Save and let the channel list load.

Samsung & LG Smart TV

MAC activation
  1. 1From your TV's app store, install 'IBO Player', 'SET IPTV' or 'Smart STB'.
  2. 2Open the app — it shows a MAC address (and sometimes a device key) on screen.
  3. 3Send that MAC address to us on WhatsApp; we activate your subscription on it.
  4. 4Close and reopen the app — your channels appear. No credentials to type.

MAG, Formuler & Enigma2 boxes

Portal URL
  1. 1On the box, go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.
  2. 2In 'Portal 1 URL', enter the portal link we send you, then save.
  3. 3Restart the portal (or reboot the box) and the channel list loads.

Windows & Mac

  1. 1Install 'IPTV Smarters Pro' for desktop, or open the web player link we send.
  2. 2Choose 'Login with Xtream Codes API' and enter your username, password and server URL.
  3. 3Prefer VLC? Use File → Open Network and paste the M3U link we provide.

TiviMate (premium player)

Playlist add
  1. 1Install 'TiviMate' from the Play Store or Amazon store (Android & Fire devices).
  2. 2Add a playlist and choose 'Xtream Codes'.
  3. 3Enter the server URL, username and password from your welcome message.
  4. 4Some features (recording, multi-view) need TiviMate Premium — a one-time in-app purchase.

When something's off

Six issues that cover 95% of tickets.

The app says 'no channels' or hangs on loading.

99% of the time it's a typo in the URL or credentials. Re-paste from the WhatsApp message — make sure no spaces leaked in. Restart the app after re-entering. Still nothing? Reply to our WhatsApp and we'll re-issue the line in seconds.

Streams start then buffer constantly.

Switch to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network or plug in via Ethernet. IPTV needs ~15 Mbps for 4K — speedtest.net will tell you. If your speed is fine, lower the player buffer in the app settings to 3 seconds.

EPG (channel guide) is empty.

In TiviMate or Smarters: Settings → EPG → 'Update now'. The first sync can take 60 seconds. If still empty, your provider EPG URL might need a manual paste — message us and we'll send it.

Some channels work, some don't.

A handful of regional channels rotate sources. We monitor uptime constantly and rebroadcast within minutes. If a channel stays dark for more than 15 minutes, ping WhatsApp with the channel name.

Can I watch on more than one device at once?

Each subscription streams on one device at a time. A second device will get a 'too many connections' error — just stop the active stream (kill the app on a TV that's idle) and the new device will connect. Need multiple screens running at the same time? Message us and we'll set it up.

I lost the WhatsApp message with my line.

Reply to that same WhatsApp thread with 'Resend my line' — we'll send fresh credentials within minutes. We also email a backup copy to the address you used at checkout.
